Scheduling
All consultations and services are by appointment only. To get your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling in advance. Call LTD Aesthetics & Wellness at (734) 676-6644 or request an appointment online.
A deposit and/or a valid credit or debit card on file may be required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged without your consent except as described in our cancellation policy below. Because we are a medical practice, any information you provide to us is kept confidential.
Reminders
We may text and/or email you an appointment reminder, but it is your responsibility to know your appointment time. If you are ever unsure, please call and ask.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete any required paperwork. Late arrivals may limit the time available for your service so that the next client’s appointment can begin on time. If necessary, we may need to reschedule, in which case the cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations & no-shows
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (734) 676-6644.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be subject to a fee, and clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be asked to prepay for future services.
If we ever need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we will give as much notice as possible and no charge will apply.
In the office
As a courtesy to all clients, please silence your phone and use headphones for any audio. Our space is designed to be calm, but it is not soundproof.
Children & visitors
For safety reasons, please do not bring children to your appointment; our providers cannot safely perform services or supervise children in the treatment room. Because of limited space, treatment areas are reserved for clients only.
Age requirements
Treatment options for minors are limited and at the provider’s discretion. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a consent form before services are provided.
Health concerns
When booking, please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or recent surgeries, as some treatments may not be safe or suitable. LTD Aesthetics & Wellness is not liable for issues arising from conditions that are not disclosed to us.
Pets
For the health and safety of our clients, only working service animals are permitted in the office.
Payments, refunds & packages
Checks are not accepted. Services that have been rendered are non-refundable. Pre-paid packages, gift cards and retail returns are handled according to the terms provided at purchase; please ask us for details.
Subject to change
Services and policies are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service when appropriate.
Your comfort
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment, please tell your provider so we can adjust. If you are unhappy with any service, please let us know right away.
